Terms & Conditions

NHS staff (Middlesbrough, Stockton, Redcar & Billingham)  will receive a 10% discount upon booking for orders for 40 guests plus, identification needs to be provided upon booking.

Please print & sign and return with 20% deposit to confirm booking.

1. These conditions govern the provision of buffet services from Classy Catering on the function date and time as detailed on the attached sheet.

2. The person named in these terms and conditions shall be considered the hirer and therefore liable under these conditions.

3. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking together with a signed copy of these terms & conditions. This officially confirms the booking.

4. The balance is to be paid at least 14 days before the event.

5. The final number of guests can be altered until 2 days before the event and the balance (if increased) must be paid before the event. A decrease must be requested at least 14 days before event.

6. We require a minimum order of 10 guests.

7. Free delivery within 10 miles of Middlesbrough Town Centre.

8. If non disposable crockery and cutlery is requested, a hire charge of £30.00 is required. A breakage deposit of £50.00 will be added to your final account if Classy Catering are NOT serving. This will be refunded on the safe return of ALL items to the address below within 72 hours. If crockery is broken by Classy Catering then the cost is covered by us.

9. Classy Catering cannot be held responsible for any food added to the buffet or food that has not been consumed within 3 hours of presentation (according to Food Safety regulations).

10. The menu can be amended until the balance is paid.

11. It is expected that all guests treat Classy Catering staff with respect. Any abuse will result in staff being withdrawn immediately and responsibility for the safety of any Classy Catering’s equipment left on site will be transferred to the hirer and any damage or loss will be invoiced accordingly.
